For our travelling cash service Ordering and Payment:
The minimum value for ordering currencies and traveller's cheques on-line is £50, the maximum £5000. For amounts greater than £5000 please call our UK London Office on 08000 930 930 between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You can pay with any card bearing the Switch, Delta, Visa or MasterCard logo. Your card provider may charge a handling fee on credit cards. This is not an Online FX charge. We recommend debit cards (Switch / Delta) for currency purchases although some banks may charge a handling fee.

There is absolutely no service fee or commission on the transaction. There is a £3.95 handling fee to cover the cost of the delivery. Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. However we may buy back the currencies at the same rate if it is established that the order has resulted from a genuine mistake. Please note the delivery charge includes insurance against loss / theft in transit.

In the case of UK deliveries there will be a small handling charge; the handling charge for other destinations will vary. UK customers can expect to receive their money within one working day if they place their order by 2:00pm. Customers who place orders after 2:00pm can expect to receive their money within two working days.
